CraftXo exists because software built for the handoff keeps failing the people who have to live with it.
We started CraftXo after years of watching the same story: an agency ships, invoices, and vanishes — and eighteen months later someone inherits a system nobody documented, built on choices nobody can explain.
So we built the studio we kept wishing existed. Senior engineers only, a deliberately small set of technologies mastered deeply — with the Microsoft platform, where the hardest and least glamorous work lives, at the center. And one measure of success: is the software still good, still maintained, still ours to answer for, in year three?
That’s what “craft” means here. Not artisanal slowness — precision, durability, and pride in work that holds up after the launch party.
